• Pickup

    When checking out, please select 'pick up' as your delivery option. Bring a copy of your order number and your photo ID to our merch booth during operating hours to pick up your order. The name on the order must match the provided photo ID. We do not offer shipping for our products. A $10 convivence fee will be charged for online purchases of merchandise.

  • Shipping

    We do offer shipping for any of our products. There is a $30 flat rate for shipping. Shipping will begin Dec. 11th. Orders after Dec. 12 will not arrive until after the event. We offer free pickup at our Hawaii Convention Center merch booth location.

  • Booth Hours

    Janurary 14th: 8AM - 8PM

    January 15th: 9AM - 8PM

    January 16th: 9AM - 4PM
